      Great workers and SMEs, exposure to more exciting large scale projects

      Cons

      Not enough people left any more to effectively deliver projects. Puts way too much burden on the few folks left, creating a free fall of good folks leaving as they have more and more piled on top of their existing responsibilities.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
