Pros

Decent pay, Ok benefits, Co-workers. Potlucks.

Cons

Extremely rigid policies and inconsistent information from training staff. Faulty systems. New hire training is done as a large group (28 - 30 new hires) with one trainer who is cocky, plays favorites, and is ignorant and rude. Training is beyond fast-paced with unreasonably high amounts of materials to learn. The "tools" you are given to find information ends up being useless and a double -edge sword when you get out to the floor because You are monitored 100% of the time and any extra time needed to research the information in the knowledge center database counts against your stats. Also, your stats are negatively affected if you call the the Help Desk or if you are on hold trying to reach the help desk which is severely understaffed. You get in trouble for using the restroom. The entire Training process needs an overhaul. The turnover rate is insane! They hire, then fire, then hire again... REPEAT. There is no HR employees on site and managers are clueless about state and federal employment laws. Turnover rate is off the charts.

Pros

The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

Cons

This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
