Most of your day is spent on the computer at your desk

The office space gets good natural light and its windows open. I honestly cannot come up with any additional pros.

Unbearably toxic environment due to self-serving owners/management. - I interviewed for (and accepted) a particular job, but on my first day I was given a different job with additional tasks, at the same low wage. I was denied breaks and lunches and I worked 10-hour-days to keep up with the demand. - The founder/CEO made me believe I would receive benefits during my interview. There are no benefits - no medical, no vacation. - The CEO acts as HR Manager and is extremely dishonest with employees. Employees have nowhere to turn for support. - The CEO takes credit for others' work. - The CEO digs for dirt on his staff, then uses it to intimidate and undermine trust. - The CEO shares lies with his partner/founder about employees, then will have a closed door meeting with his partner and the "guilty" employee -- subjecting the employee to the humiliation of having to defend his/her self over false allegations in front of the company's other owner. - CEO has instructed staff members to ostracize an employee that he was trying to intimidate to leave on her own. - Some employees are dealing with medical issues that are directly related to their work stress.
