8yThank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you feel that way.
However, you make several incorrect statements. One very concerning is the allegation that women and people of colour are paid less, therefore Pacific Customs Brokers is sexist and racist. We disagree with that statement. Of the 9 management-level staff, 8 are women, all having risen through the ranks due to talent and hard work. The second-highest management role, Operations Manager, is held by a woman who is also proudly of the Algonquin First Nations.
While you claim that women are paid less, you also state that managers are overpaid. Again, we point out that management staff are nearly all women. Our compensation policy considers scope of position, subject knowledge, and areas of responsibility; not colour or gender identity.
All managers maintain an open door policy and we invite you to contact any of them whenever you have concerns or would like to explore a career path leading to advancement and therefore increased compensation.
