Pros
Great pay structure, no micromanaging. Culture was a little raunchy but also 10/10 in terms of being able to joke around and say anything
Cons
Didn’t do company car or expense account, BUT … great insurance and easy to make money at this company. Plus, no micromanaging. Have to check in office at 7:30 and again in afternoon.
