Pros
Everyone is positive here with a great and engaging attitude. There is a yearning to look good which helps rub off on creating a very nice environment
Cons
Not strong in technical aspects as it is more of a marketing company. There is no drive to push forward in technology for production. Also, Too welfare which discourages true meritocracy.
