Pacific Service Executives truly care for their employees. They are present and very thoughtful about employees' work/life balance. The benefits for employees are paid for by the employer which is pretty amazing.

No cons that I can think of.

Overall company culture is very positive. A lot of smart and friendly employees and majority have a positive attitude which helps foster a positive work environment. Great benefits that are mostly company-paid. Hybrid work from home schedule. Beautiful new corporate office building located by everything you would need. Work/life balance (this may depend on department). Annual bonus for all employees.

Some of the very tenured employees have an "old school" way of thinking and doing things. The mentality of "well we've always done it this way" doesn't serve the company or it's employees well. The positive is that the company as a whole is trying to change this way of thinking, it just takes time.
