Pros
I absolutely enjoyed working at PSCU, really liked my team and overall a very positive experience! There are many highly tenured employees which is a good reflection on the credit union. They also like to promote from within which is amazing. It's a fun place to work, there are always fun celebrations. I also love that everyone would decorate their department/cubicle areas for different holidays, and birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated. You are recognized for going above and beyond.
Cons
Is it a perfect place to work with no issues? Of course not. No organization or company is perfect. Since there are so many tenured employees, it is great but can also result in challenges. Being open to change, being careful with favoritism, being inclusive. These are always areas for organizations to work on.
