Business outlook

Pros

Good pay, Good culture. Easy to communicate with management, Senior and Immediate. Lots of overtime, Lunches are paid for by PSC. If you work hard, it will get be respected and you will be rewarded. Lots of amazing people you can learn from and mentor.

Cons

Very slow to fix longstanding issues. Maintenance is extremely backlogged by almost a year. Internal reporting system for process changes is very bureaucratic and hard to experiment changes. Factory conditions in the summer are very very hot in some locations.

Pros

Talented leadership team and CEO. Mission-led culture with high levels of teamwork and dedication. Great communication on organizational goals and involvement for all team members. Still in the build phase - lots of opportunity to make an impact.

Cons

Lots of pivoting/reactionary decision making due to the nature of the industry. Overtime for manufacturing team (pro and con).

Pros

-Benefits -Schedule -Pay for the area

Cons

-General depth of repair -Category machine specilaizing is up to you. There isn't proper training. It's basically checked off if you've been exposed to how it's done. I don't think it's completely up to management. Although, the expectation is there for a technical repairs to be done with low frequency. You learn on the job. Frustrating if you want to specialize in a type of work. Putting out fires and summoned to wherever and whatever that needs to be done. Typical Maintenance gig.
