Pros
Almost everyone here are good, hard-working people for the most part. Vacation time for management is generous (but necessary). Benefits are decent.
Cons
Most of the warehouse workers are illegal hispanics that are paid half of what they would get anywhere else if they were here legally. It's all about exploitation, of everyone. The dept managers are paid decently but work an unholy amount of hours trying to keep up. There are no raises, not at least while I was there. The warehouse departments are grossly short-staffed. You are made to feel like you're going to get fired everyday. I believe the owner is mentally unbalanced, and a few of the other managers help him do things that are at best unethical, if not out right illeagle. It was really hard to deal with their temper tantrums which would result in screaming and stuff being thrown around. You can walk into the front office and see at least one of the customer service girls crying at their desk at any given time. It's amazing anyone lasts here more than a few weeks. If you are considering a position here, run - do not walk - as fast as you can. Trust me, unemployment is better. This is not just an angry review from a disgruntled employee - this was easily the worst job I've ever had, and hope to never have one like this again. If anything, I pulled the hate *back* a notch because people would probably not believe the real stories of things that I saw going on.
