Cons
Racially charged environment which was recently brought up to management at the end of 2013. When they had a real opportunity to make a difference they sat on their hands and protected the long time redneck employees. Long time employees in the maintenance dept. rule, while new employees, especially if you are black or other minority, you will have a rough road. But not much need to worry, they one hired one guy who is black, out of 20 guys and many years. In addition, 12 hours rotating shifts for the people not in the click, but not for day shifters who been there awhile they good for the nice shifts, and easy work. If you need the money, take it. If you highly skilled, you don't need the money that bad then avoid it. I got out as soon as I saw what was going on. I even call the CEO, and he did nothing about people calling other people the "N" word. This is with allot of witness.
