Great benefits, room for growth, flexibility to move around the company or across locations, attractive salary ranges and bonus structure. Good focus on communications and building employee friendly website to access information.
Cons
30+ Vice Presidents in the company- many power struggles and disagreements among them, making it very difficult to navigate across departments and actually accomplish anything. Very little organizational trust and everything requires too many layers of approval. Meetings to approve having meetings to assign people to lead meetings about meetings. I was on three calls with no less than 6 VPs to get approval on something the facility had already figured out. I usually have my projects more than halfway completed before they wind their way through the formal "process".
