Pros

Shiny new offices. Decent Canteen. Some fantastic people to work with.

Cons

Difficult to get to office if you don't reside in the vicinity. Can take up to an hour to get through Dundrum village. Politics galore. Tournament Performance Evaluation processes. Ranking and Yanking - easy trigger finger when it comes to firing staff. Turn a blind eye to bullying - in fact deploy they it to 'edge staff out'. Nepotism rife. You WILL find lots of bankers and politicians kin in situ - you just need to know where to look. Yes men - you need to be one of the sheep - if you ain't - HIDE IT! Long hours. Triadic management rule. Distant, hierarchial and unapproachable HR department. Dominant male environment. Canteen bursting at the seams around lunchtime. Extremely difficult to exit building after 5pm - traffic build up can be horrendous. Fearful environment
