Huge appetite to change and shrug off some of the complacency of the past. Recognition that it operates in an incredibly tough and competitive market, and that only the fittest will survive. Growing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Truly international company with an engaged workforce in London, Dublin, Portugal, Gibralta, Malta, Romania and the US, as well as many other locaitons.
Cons
There's so much to do that it is not easy to tell what is most important. Needs very clear direction from the top to make sure the right priorities are established.
