      + Good culture and environment in the company. Everyone is friendly and really helpful + Diversity at the responsibilities and tasks of Developer. Dev is responsible, for coding, testing, deploying software in all environments, production support etc + Teams work with an agile methodology + Interesting functional side (at least if you like sports)

      - Social activities per team and per department are missing
