Pros
Salary is good, although it is being erroded away. Bonus scheme has gone from ~20% down to ~3% on business performance. All this while business is having record turnover and profit.
Cons
Senior management are more interested in ticking boxes than changing anything. Focus of our people surveys are about increasing the scores, not about improving our teams/employee performance or worklife balance. When anything goes wrong the InfoSec director goes off his head, totally undermining people and creating a real blame culture.
