      Pros

      Great environment to learn across different areas beyond financial planning. It gives you exposure to what it is like to build a tech company, with learning opportunities far beyond what you would usually get in a traditional financial planning business. The cross functional exposure and development opportunities are unlike anything I have seen elsewhere. ESOP - Growth - Learning - Network

      Cons

      I relocated overseas with my wife, so I couldn't stay with the company.

      Pros

      Most of the staff are great and look out for each other.

      Cons

      Leadership reflects an exclusionary “boys’ club” ethos, grounded in outdated conceptions of what constitutes a healthy workplace. Narcissistic tendencies and entrenched misogyny are systemic rather than incidental. I would strongly caution others against pursuing opportunities here.

      The people are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      The CEO is a narcissist and makes quick/rash decisions all the time. Constant process changes and constant redundancies. Be careful.
