A very innovative organisation. You get to meet really great people, as the staff have a good working relationship. It’s a good place to start your career as a fresh graduate, as you get to learn a lot of soft skills that will help you in your career. Consider spending a maximum of two years here or you'll get stuck
Cons
It can be a very toxic place, as the toxicity flows from management down. Poor compensation and benefits. No matter how much profit the organization makes, employees receive no form of profit sharing or bonuses. Management can be too greedy, and you can be replaced at any time. There is zero room for growth, and there is zero work-life balance
