Pros

There are no pros as everything, including benefits, are way below the standard market expectations.

Cons

- Favoritism among the AE’s. One in particular is the only one who gets any account she wants - Lack of strategy to launch the product competitively within the market so there are no inbound leads or interest - Interface is outdated so its hard to compete and win once you’re in a deal - Every AE with exception to one are not set up for success

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our people are truly our greatest asset, and it’s wonderful to see that culture reflected in your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges of our global nature. Coordinating across time zones and regions is a complex puzzle, and we recognise that communication can sometimes feel the strain of that distance. We are constantly looking for better ways to bridge these gaps to ensure every team member feels connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

Pros

Decent benefits and flexibility with remote work.

Cons

No AE is consistently hitting quota, which speaks volumes about either the target setting or the challenges in the market. The leadership team doesn't seem to acknowledge this issue, leading to constant pressure and low morale. Only one glorified "AE" is hitting goal, But she cherry picks whatever she wants in the organization,
