Pros

Good go co-workers, with friendly attitudes and great work ethics Great, easy-to-use technology that sells iteself Flexibility in working arrangements Awesome Day! Commitment to Charities

Cons

Politics: factional and unnecessary. This has led to a portion of talent leaving - hopefully this is sorted before more leave. Uncompetitive salaries & benefits. Some awkward, baffling promotions / rehires - proving the politics are harming a once great culture and workplace. At this moment, PageUp is at a crossroads of sorts - it's identity split down the middle. There's some great talent who care about their clients and co-workers, and then on the other side the ones who are far too political and insecure. The ones who have to discredit and tread on others to get ahead - and unfortunately they go quite far!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your insights and feedback. We are always disappointed when we hear that we haven't hit the mark for any of our employees (or ex employee's). I'm particularly concerned with your claims that people discredit and tread on others to get ahead. This is absolutely not the culture that we strive for nor do we want to promote or reward. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your feedback in person if you were open to this. If you are willing to have a confidential discussion with our SVP Global Talent, please reach out to her directly. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Our people are truly our greatest asset, and it’s wonderful to see that culture reflected in your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the challenges of our global nature. Coordinating across time zones and regions is a complex puzzle, and we recognise that communication can sometimes feel the strain of that distance. We are constantly looking for better ways to bridge these gaps to ensure every team member feels connected, regardless of where they are in the world.

Pros

There are no pros as everything, including benefits, are way below the standard market expectations.

Cons

- Favoritism among the AE’s. One in particular is the only one who gets any account she wants - Lack of strategy to launch the product competitively within the market so there are no inbound leads or interest - Interface is outdated so its hard to compete and win once you’re in a deal - Every AE with exception to one are not set up for success

Thank you for providing direct and honest feedback regarding our sales culture, product interface, and GTM strategy. We recognize that there is always room for improvement, and your insights regarding AE support and market competitiveness are being shared with our leadership team as we work to evolve our offerings and internal processes. We agree that success is a team sport. Aligning Marketing, Product, and Sales is a top priority for our leadership team to ensure our AEs aren't "going it alone" in a competitive market We wish you the very best in your next chapter, and we appreciate you leaving us with these specific points to reflect on as we grow.
