-boss is hot-tempered, rude, arrogant, bad attitude, likes to shout -boss is impatient to lead the team -boss prioritize quantity rather than quality, quality of job is not being checked -no proper guidance, no proper briefing of projects -mostly small scale project, cannot learn much -no drafter, engineer need to do drafting work as well, engineer needs to spend more time on drafting rather than design job Conclusion: Not suitable for those who are eager/passionate to learn

Toxic workplace culture, the boss likes to shout, and employees feel stress not only because of the heavy workload but also the management's attitude. Not providing proper training and hoping you know everything, like to shame employees. If you receive the interview invitation, just RUN from it. Believe in KARMA.
