Pros

Small/ medium business that is consistently growing. This creates an environment where there is a lot of opportunity to shine and advance and many have. Feedback is expected and always heard. Some great ideas have come from employees. Pay is competitive and the culture includes great teamwork and low drama.

Cons

This work is not for everyone. It's a sedentary office job. Almost like a call center though much more human than some I've worked at. You'll need to get exercise outside of this work. That said, Paladin is not a laid back work experience. Wework hard and there are high expectations of professionalism and core values expected to be adhered to.

Pros

- Excellent pay; well above industry standard - The people I work with make the job even better - Company buys lunch twice a month - Company ownership after 7 years of employment - Upper management actually listens to feedback from employees and clients - They promote from within and there are many opportunities to do so - A good employee gets significant raises every year - Cell phone/ Internet stipend - Stipend if you have medical insurance coverage elsewhere - Seriously, the people here make my work day better - This isn't some lame call center job where you get penalized for asking for help or escalating. We are encouraged to escalate issues and SOMEONE in this building will get you the answer you need, even if it's the President of the company - There is MUCH collaboration between teams; we all help each other - There's trivia in the breakroom - There's snacks for purchase in the breakroom - Free coffee! - Cornhole on the back patio! - Company is always growing, but not in a gross, corporate way. - Middle and upper management is approachable; you can walk right into their offices and talk to them - I feel very valued as an employee

Cons

I have to work 5 days a week.

Pros

Competitive employee benefits package, including health coverage and retirement options (401(k)) Employee ownership opportunities that promote long-term investment in company success Strong emphasis on team collaboration and a positive, supportive work environment Ongoing internal operations training to support skill development and performance Leadership development opportunities for career growth and advancement Compensation that aligns with industry standards Structured performance feedback through quarterly reviews and annual evaluations Clear pathways for career advancement within the organization Proactive, advanced support systems that empower employees to deliver high-quality service Responsive general support structure to assist with day-to-day operational needs Established and loyal customer base, providing meaningful client interactions Opportunities to contribute to business development and organizational growth

Cons

Balancing the needs of both highly technical users and those transitioning from manual, paper-based systems can present challenges in product development. Some aspects of inventory management may feel outdated to more tech-savvy users who are accustomed to rapid innovation. At the same time, certain features can feel complex or overwhelming for users who are newer to digital systems and inventory technology. The company recognizes this gap and is actively investing in diversifying and evolving its technology to better support a wide range of customer experience levels.
