      Overtime opportunities, good if you are a student

      Cons

      Management is biased. They lack understanding. I had a site manager who was a pervert and used to favour girls over boys at workplace. The office management stayed quiet over this matter.

      Decent pay, hours, and benefits for full time employees

      They hold onto crappy employees, they'll lie straight to your face and manipulate you and the clients they have contracts with, communication is subpar.
