Don't believe the hype- this place has a dark side - Director Paligo Employee Review

- Extremely toxic environment- behavior that would have resulted in instant dismissal under normal circumstances were tolerated. - Unrealistic expectation of the product given its limitations This place and its behavior's were truly shocking. It comes from the top and the behavior of management and their crass ugly behavior filtered through the company. At one point a conversation took place in front of another member of staff that was truly disgusting. They gave this individual a quiet word and allowed them to continue in the role. Truly shocking. The environment was so toxic and involved management yelling and putting pressure on staff without support or reason. And their pitch was that they were a European company with true values "who cared". Sickening. Old school horridness like this should not take place in 2023. True drinking and cult like culture- if this is your bag- then rush to get involved with this company.
