      Pros

      I really enjoyed the team I worked with at Pall. Local management was in tune and was always open to ideas to make things better.

      Cons

      Our plant was on the cutting edge of developing some of the companies top new products but because there was no room to build on, they shut the plant down. The severence package was pretty weak.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
