      Cons

      Slow decision taking, over-processing and bureaucracy. Hoegaarden R&D site is only satellite R&D site.

      Excellent Technology. Wonderful co workers.

      Cons

      Direct Manager unqualified for job. In way over their head. Management more interested in DEI than right person for the job. Not investing in right markets for growth. R&D Director definitely unqualified.
