Pros
I like my team and have found them supportive of career development opportunities. Work life balance is generally good and there is a fair amount of autonomy and flexibility to try new things. Performance management standards are clear, although it is less clear how they affect salary decisions or promotions. Pay is slightly higher than average for the field with good benefits.
Cons
It's a very large global company, so you definitely sometimes feel like a cog in the machine. Policies are universal and somewhat documented, but some make more sense for some regions than others. Annual salary increases are generally your standard 3%, even for good performance. Now that the pandemic is more under control, they've pushed for two days per week in the office, when the demand for some is to be fully remote.
