Very flexable schedule wise, almost as if you can come go as you please. Very nice facility, floor to ceiling windows making it light and plesant.
Cons
Extremely top heavy.... everyone is a vice president and commands a large salary. Consistant promotion of inexperienced, underqualified, undeserving people to positions of management. Full of MBAs with no experience or Interest in the industry they're employed in. No dynamic leadership at all, the place is full of managers not leaders. No upward growth unless your in the right clique then you can be a vice president!
