Excellent benefits and great staff to work with.
Cons
Panalpina has loss direction, hiring to many ex-pats to run an North American company. Many of the have no idea of some the products and maybe care less about the many employees that work there. Ex-patroits have no skin on the game, they are here for a few years and leave for a next assignment
