Panalpina GBS is run by some of the thick head people, full of egoistic, no vision to lead, even at site level Panalpina is bough by DVS, I hope DVS does a real and through due diligence and expels the GBS management out. No job security No Job Description - they hire you on one role and expect duties of other role. No Clarity - what they want, how they want, when they want - THEY KNOW NOTHING Panalpina GBS HR is dumb HR even on Sites level, some HR are for years in the company with utter NO value addition. HR has no role to play they are like pawns they act as told, they DO NOT use or have their own brains, HR has NO POLICY or PROCEDURES, this company works on some egos and mindless direction No TEAM WORK - Everybody works on silo and wants to save their job. No Collaboration Full of Biasing No Ethics Utter Unprofessional
