Great place to work - Client Support Manager Pancentric Digital Employee Review

Great to be part of a hard working and friendly team. The company has embraced the challenges of the pandemic and values its employees, we are provided with all necessary tools to undertake our roles whether it be working from home or in flexible office locations around London.

The company size has reduced since I joined, more notably the team I am part of which occasionally does create a sense of isolation. It would be nice to return to a pre-pandemic office environment - understandably this would be difficult due to the majority of us working from home however it would be good to have a set day every fortnight/month we are able to catch up face to face.

Great camaraderie. Ability to make a difference if you stick your neck out. Good work/life balance. Variety of different projects to work on. Good working environment. Great dev ops setup.

Not much trust that senior management know what they're doing. Agile process very ad hoc and not very reflective. Lack of mentoring. It's easy to be overlooked and stuck in the same role for years.
