Pros
Some people are nice and welcoming
Cons
This company has shown a consistent lack of respect for its employees, creating a work environment that is both toxic and unsupportive.
The management's approach is not only demeaning but also threatening. Employees are regularly put down, creating a toxic work environment. Instead of fostering growth and motivation, the leadership uses intimidation tactics. If you fail to hit your numbers, your job is immediately on the line, creating a constant state of fear and stress among the staff.
There is also an unspoken rule that attending work drinks is mandatory. If you don't participate in these social gatherings, your commitment to the company is questioned, and your job security becomes uncertain. This pressure to attend after-work events adds another layer of stress and forces employees to prioritize these social obligations over personal time and well-being. The expectation to engage in these activities further contributes to the unhealthy and coercive atmosphere
To make matters worse, the CEO himself is a horrible man and extremely toxic. His leadership style is not just ineffective but downright mean. His attitude moves through the company, fostering a culture of fear and negativity. His behaviour sets the tone for the entire company, making it an incredibly difficult place to work.
In summary, This is a terrible place to work. The disrespect, constant put-downs, and threats make it a highly stressful and unpleasant workplace. I strongly advise anyone considering a job here to think twice and seek opportunities where you will be valued and supported. Your well-being and professional growth deserve a positive and encouraging environment, which you won't find here.
