His leadership style is not just ineffective but downright mean. His attitude moves through the company, fostering a culture of fear and negativity. His behaviour sets the tone for the entire company, making it an incredibly difficult place to work. In summary, This is a terrible place to work. The disrespect, constant put-downs, and threats make it a highly stressful and unpleasant workplace.
