It is great to hear that you found the training strong, the team supportive and the role straightforward to settle into. Our customer service colleagues play an important part in supporting customers every day, and we are pleased that the people around you helped make Panda a good place to work.
We also recognise that career development, role variety and flexibility are important parts of the colleague experience. As a service-led business, we continue to review how we balance flexibility with customer needs, team support, training, collaboration and operational performance.
