Pros
There's a lot of way to move up within the company. They have great benefits as well. Coworkers become a little family away from home. Once you get the hang of how things work it becomes a very fun and exciting!
Cons
Working at some stores becomes stressful due to how fast everything is. At first it's going to be a lot of information thrown at you, but after a week or so you get hang of it. You have to be very patient with the customers at times and it does get a little frustrating.
