Its a company that focuses highly on food safety, people development, accountability, upholding highest standard, and execution. It is a very action oriented company that will grow drastically the next few years. It has great growth opportunities.
Cons
The whole company is very reactive towards what the owner wants, it is not the right culture for everyone. Its not a company for those who are looking for a 9-5.
