Business outlook
Pros
They're big on personal and professional development so it is great for grads who are just starting out their careers. They have a sizeable gym and associates that host classes such as bootcamp, lifting, pingpong, etc. Everyone is genuinely friendly and it does feel like a second family. Growing company
Cons
They have a 'do more with less' mentality so work can be stressful when you've got to juggle so many duties. You also will have to bend over backwards for the operators because they are the cash crops of the company. There is a lot of room for growth but the price you pay to move ahead may not be worth it. They sell you on being vested after several years with the company but you are worked to the bone.
