Great benefit, if you’re Asian, you can grow with this company, even though you have broken English. If you’re just a crew member, it’s good pay for hourly. Once you’re a manager. You don’t make much. You only rely on bonus which you are not gonna make much.
Cons
You will be told to lie, they don’t value you, they will try to change who you are to join this cult company. You have one house, but you are told to lie to say you have 3 houses to the owner so you don’t get questions. They don’t appreciate who you really are, they only appreciate if you do things for them so they can shine. Toxic operation leadership team, it’s all politics and nothing is real. They only want profit, cut so much labor that people work til they bleed cause they can’t put more people. Everyone is so scared of the owners that they have to please the owners. They want the real feedback but you can’t give the negative ones. Cause you will be targeted.
