A very varied experience where I learned a variety of new things. I got to work with a few different technologies and discover a few more. Also had the chance to work with clients. All in all an excellent experience.
Cons
Get's a little hot in the office. Water is provided and air conditioning can be found.

The management fosters a friendly environment that trickles down to the way the staff treat each other.
I've only been with them for a few months with little to no marketing experience and I was provided with all the tools and resources I needed to get up to speed, including being paid to study the latest marketing research.
Cons
Being a small business, the workload can get pretty heavy. That being said the management understand since they're dealing with the same heavy workload and they understand when too much is too much. I guess this kinda turned into a pro.
