Pros
Most people are good and mean well towards each other
Cons
Roles are blurry and you never do anything near the job description. Very emotionally charged business, particularly in its marketing department. Severly lacks diversity, but uses POC's for their recruitment campaigns becausr they think it will entice people. Uses women empowerment to brighten its company perception, but continues to not put women in the top seat roles. Management is poor across the board and HR support them all the way. There's a reason why there are so many vacancies and it isn't due to expansion.
