Work-Life Balance: Management expects availability well beyond working hours with no respect for personal time or boundaries. Work-life balance is non-existent. Culture & Favouritism Blatant favouritism determines accountability. Employees are routinely scapegoated for management decisions and poorly designed experiments, while actual decision-makers face no consequences. No Scientific Integrity Leadership (specifically Team leads) pressures employees to manipulate data by adding selective data points to support predetermined conclusions rather than conducting objective analysis. Scientific integrity is sacrificed for optics. This is an organizational norm, not an isolated incident. Leadership Issue: Leadership at the CEO level lacks professional boundaries, which cascades throughout middle management and normalizes unethical behaviour. HR issue: HR is unprofessional and treats employees as disposable. Specifically, HR explicitly solicited employees to post fake positive reviews to inflate ratings. This practice that speaks volumes about the organization's ethical standards. HR leadership have resorted to yelling at employees which is a shocking and unacceptable breach of basic workplace conduct that reflects a complete absence of professional standards. Team Management: Team leads lack exposure to diverse work environments, which directly and negatively impacts both scientific decision-making and team management. The lack of work experience in other organizations means poor experimental design goes unchallenged, and employees bear the consequences. Employees are treated poorly, with little regard for professional growth or basic dignity. Bottom line: Unless you're willing to compromise your professional ethics, sacrifice personal well-being, and tolerate being yelled at and scapegoated --AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION!!
