Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I believe this may have been intended for a different Pangolin. We’re an agency and don’t have any products or team members in Israel. This has happened a few times where reviews meant for another Pangolin end up on our page. Could you please double-check and post your review for the correct Pangolin you work with?

Pros

Joining this company has been one of the best experiences of my career. Coming from a B2C background with limited B2B experience, I was completely new to SaaS, but the team helped me learn and grow at every step. Everyone here is approachable and genuinely supportive. What I appreciate most is how the company genuinely invests in your learning journey, guiding you on how to upskill, grow in your field, and adapt to the evolving AI era. The culture here is one of the best I’ve experienced: inclusive, positive, and full of energy. Employee engagement activities, especially the JAMs, are always fun and bring the team closer. The work-life balance is great, and salaries are always on time. At first, I was unsure about the unlimited leave policy, but soon realized it’s one of the best perks here. As long as you manage your responsibilities, you can take time off when you need it. The best part of all is that there’s absolutely zero office politics, and everyone supports each other. Most importantly, it’s an extremely well-organized company where everything runs smoothly and transparently, making it a truly great place to work, which makes your day-to-day work so much easier.

Cons

Honestly, I haven’t found any major cons yet. The company is still growing, so it naturally comes with its own pros and cons, but that’s manageable and part of any growing organization.

Pros

Helping tech for good and B2B SaaS brands makes every brief feels meaningful and future focused. From day one I owned full funnel brand strategy, demand gen, growth marketing. I touched everything, so a year here equals three years of exposure anywhere else. I liked the most that there's no productivity theatre. Clear goals, stand-ups, project management and all keep things on track without micromanagement. Founders sit in the same Slack channels, jump into brainstorms, and give thoughtful feedback instead of rubber-stamping. Salary hits on time every time. Creative wins are celebrated with daily tacos and vouchers and monthly awards. Annual Pangolin Games, weekly hackathons and Friday jams - I liked all this a lot.

Cons

Company is still maturing. SOPs are sometimes lagging on new service lines. I'll still say this is pretty good, most companies don't even have a concept of making all this. Project management has gotten good, but when hours spike on a project it's not easily flagged in a remote work setup. Leadership is receptive, but you need to flag bandwidth issues or risk burnout.
