      -Small business feel -Very Casual -Regular customers -Nice atmosphere

      Cons

      -Not enough hours, or tips for this to be a substantial job to support ones self -Favouritism within management played a roll in how hours were distributed and which servers worked the "busy" hours -Unstructured training -Management did not communicate their expectations/criticism clearly

      Pros

      Discounted food Flexible schedule Great Co-workers Great money sometimes the tips aren't worth it, but making 30k-40k a year isn't so bad.

      Cons

      Favoritism Uniforms get dirty easily and after a while they don't look presentable ( shirts are $20!!!!) Customers can be over the top No tip suggestion, so people tip you whatever they want out of a big check.
