Pros
* Relatively flat structure * Easy to raise issues (though could be made clearer for new starters) * Genuine care for the people * One gets to work with smart & hardworking people * No blame culture * Good mentorship * Lots interesting tech!
Cons
* If you're at a senior-ish level it's hard to find progression * Despite trying hard not to (and I'm probably one of those at fault too), sometimes it's hard to take off the rose-coloured glasses
