      There are hundreds of cons. No work culture environment No policies Top head people want to control employees personal life They will force you to do minimum 18 hrs work. I saw multiple employees works 20hrs continuously work for weeks. No weekends of. CTO and his sycophants are not man of the word. etc etc etc...

      Pros

      You will learn a good amount because there will be work related to latest agentic AI field, so good to be in a ecosystem where the work is latest.

      Cons

      Forget about work-life balance, forget about salary on time, you will get on 15th of the month for only the last month, no real guidance.
