Shameful company with worst ever working environment - Business Research Analyst Pantomath Group Employee Review

You may have to sit down with the management till late night around 02:00am as there is nothing much to do. You have to do only timepass from morning till evening at around 05:00 pm and post that you will get lot of work pressure which will eventually lead you to sit late night as mentioned above. Many of the talented employees resigned from the company due to this particular reason. In the mid of the financial year 2019-2020 there were around 180+ members in the company and now they are left with only around 60 members in the organization. When there were around 180+ members in the company, the number of leads with the organization was booming, but as soon as the members started leaving the organization, the number of leads also started falling which lead to decrease in the revenue of the company. They will never take care of your health and they just want you to work like a donkey in their organization. My only suggestion is to not to join the organization as they will be treating you like a donkey in their company.
