      Pros

      The Company gives pretty high salaries, and many benefits to employees with a lot of extra activity. I'd say the overall tempting nature of this high compensation/benefits outweighs the cons of this company for some people.

      Cons

      The Senior Management is some of the worst I have ever seen regarding company culture. They have 0 trust, 0 remorse and an aggressive approach to professionals "below" them. They will overrule decisions made by others and look for scapegoats to blame instead of practicing blameless culture. Yes, they might be business-oriented and lead a successful startup, but if they continue this way it will eventually backfire.
