Great pay, benefits, growth opportunities and resources/support to succeed. PD is a stable company to work for, as it has diversified service areas with a good mix of public and private work. Also, PD isn't frugal when it comes to employee engagement; there are always fun company events, team socials, and trainings!

Slight growing pains with the acquisitions but that's to be expected.
