Negative work environment (to include yelling, insults, beratement from one of the owners in particular, intrusive questioning about personal life, constant scrutiny of work and virtually no positive reinforcement for a job well done); no privacy; extremely high rate of turnover (only one current employee with the exception the two owners has been there for more than one year) ; not much of a work-life balance offered (extremely difficult to take time off. Sick days or family emergencies result in more negative treatment following the absence).
