Co-workers were great while I was there. Management was very understanding during a personal, family crisis. Occasional team lunches were somewhat helpful to morale. The day-to-day work, excluding anything regarding the owners, can be interesting and is very fast-paced.

Management is the major negative at PaperCraft. If you work there, get everything in writing, the owners have a tendency to "forget" agreements or discussions. Dishonesty is rampant at this company, including requests by the owners to do things that could result in legal issues and I am not surprised at the blatant lie in the company response to an earlier posting stating that "good" medical and dental benefits are offered. Also, holiday bonuses are not a given, even after a year of good service to the company. Unpaid overtime is not only encouraged but expected regularly for hourly workers. I personaly observed (but was not the receiver of) unacceptable harrassment both towards women and individuals from other countries. No female working for the owners was comfortable being alone with the maile owner during the time I worked there. The owners forbade recycling but claim to be a "green" company. The owners exemplified most of the negative potential aspects of working in a small company.
