Great colleagues, offices, customers, and healthcare (Bupa). Some highly skilled passionate individuals within the organization who care about the company. Full of innovative ideas, that if empowered could truly add value to the organisation.
Cons
Bad decisions at board level - deep cuts into resources that have exposed the organisation to risk. Lipservice to the company core values - employee morale is low in critical areas of the business. The drive to profitability has removed the customer from the center of the strategy.
