      Pros

      Work schedule is awesome, the people I work with are all so respectful and kind. I don't mind the pay as entry level. At least this company gave me a chance...other companies turned me down due to lack of experience.

      Cons

      Working outdoors in Wisconsin is sooo unpredictable...you need to be prepared for anything at anytime.

      I have been working for Paradise Builders for about 3yrs. The boss is very kind and does his best to help his employees succeed. The team has been incredibly supportive, and everyone does their best to help one another out. All in all, I would highly recommend working here!
